By accessing or using BDShortner ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Use of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.

2. Short Links & Content

You are solely responsible for the content of links you shorten. We do not allow:

• Malware, phishing, scam, or illegal content
• Adult, violent, or hate speech links
• Automated/bot traffic generation

3. Earnings & Payouts

• Earnings are based on valid impressions/clicks only (fake/bot traffic excluded).
• Minimum payout threshold: $5 (PayPal/Payeer/Bkash – depending on your region).
• Payouts processed monthly (after verification).
• We reserve the right to withhold or deduct earnings for invalid traffic or policy violation.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, auto-clickers, traffic exchange, or incentivized clicks
• Shortening links to illegal/malicious content
• Spamming or misleading users
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the system

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. You will not be entitled to any pending earnings in such cases.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or interruption caused by use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
